Welcome all parents, guardians and carers to Breakfast and After School Club, where we aim to provide safe and stimulating play provision in a relaxed, friendly environment.

We value our relationship with parents and are committed to working in partnership with you to provide high-quality childcare for your child. We aim to be consistent and reliable to enable you to plan for your child’s before and after-school care with confidence and peace of mind. Our ethos is to be a caring, sharing club where all children feel equally valued. We are a fully inclusive, open to all children who attend St Edward’s C of E Primary School. We operate before and after school, during term time, from 7.30am and till the end of your child’s school day until 5:45. Should your child have any additional or special needs, please speak to the relevant Club Manager and record your child’s needs on the registration form to ensure your child can be appropriately supported in the club.

Breakfast Club

We are open every weekday during term time, excluding Inset days, from 7.30am till 8.55am. However, there will be no admission after 8.30am.

Please note that if you book your child a place, and they do not attend, there will be a charge of £4.50 as that place will have been wasted for that day, unless, of course, your child is off school due to ill health.)

For children using the service from 7.30, the daily charge is £4.50 per child. The charge for children who attend from 8.00am will be £4.00. This includes breakfast and activities. . Payment  is made through school money.  Children can attend on a regular or occasional basis. 

After School Club

We do have limited places and operate a booking system whereby we ask you to request a place for your child. This can be done as a regular place (same every week) or on specific dates to suit your needs. Regular places need to be re-requested at the beginning of every half-term.  We are very proud to say that we have always accommodated all families needing a place since the introduction of a booking system.

We will confirm your child’s place as soon as possible. Cancellation on the day will be subject to a £7.50 charge.

Child collected before 4:30pm: 1st child £5.00 Siblings £4.25

Child collected after 4:30pm: 1st child £7.50 Siblings £6.50

All children must be collected by 5:45pm 

We have a completely cashless payment system, and we ask that you pay online via school money. Please ask for a link if you need one.

Payment for Breakfast and After-School club

Parents / Carers are only charged for the time they use the club, and we believe our charging policy to be as flexible and accommodating as it can possibly be. However, we do have to be strict in enforcing our policy, which is:
